If you are experiencing problems reading the start page, please select "Tools" on your menu bar located at the top of the screen. Next, scroll down and select "Internet Options". Once at Internet Options, you will see several tabs, select "Privacy". Once the Privacy window opens, select the "Advanced" button in the open window. When the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window opens, you will need to select the following options: 1) Place a checkmark in override automatic cookies handling, 2) Select accept First Party cookies and select accept Third Party cookies 3) Place a checkmark in always allow session cookies. Click on OK (closes the window) Click on OK (closes the next window). You should now be able to view the EZ-Reg registration site.
